Meet Our Coaches
Coach Matt Mosher
Matt founded Pride Softball in 2025 after recognizing a need for more travel softball in northern New York. He has been the varsity softball coach at Brushton-Moira for four years and he also coaches boys junior varsity basketball.
A graduate of BMC and SUNY Potsdam, Matt holds NYSED professional coaching licenses in both basketball and softball. Matt has two grown sons and lives in Malone with his wife, Sarah.
Coach David Chen
Focusing on pitching mechanics and mental toughness, Coach Chen brings a wealth of collegiate-level expertise.
Coach Elena Rodriguez
Specializing in outfield defense and base running, Coach Elena is dedicated to building championship character.
